We take care in preparing every order and ship them out within 3–5 business days. Once your package is on its way, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on it. Please remember that shipping times may vary depending on where you live and the shipping option you choose. Since we’re a small business, we don’t have control over carrier delays, weather, or incorrect addresses, but we’ll always do our best to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time.

We want you to love your order! Since each item is made with care, all sales are generally final. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order—such as a misprint, wrong size received, or damage during shipping—please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right. At this time, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges for sizing or preference, so please double-check your order details before checking out.

The more information you can share—such as colors, sizes, design inspiration, or deadlines—the better I can create exactly what you’re envisioning.
